Membership Category Definitions
Single Adult : Any person not falling within one of the definitions below.
Additional adult : If 2 or more adults live at the same address a discount is applied to each additional adult joining with the initial Single member.
Family: All persons in a family, comprising parents or guardians and all children including those who would otherwise qualify for Student membership. Excludes children over 18 who are not in full time education.
Single Parent Family: All persons in a family, comprising of single parent or guardian and all children including those who would otherwise qualify for Student membership. Excludes children over 18 who are not in full time education. Price will need to agreed by emailing membership@hltc.org.uk
Mid-Week : Allowed to play from Monday to Friday until 4pm only. Can play in Club tournaments but not be part of Club teams.
Student : Persons in full-time further education and aged 18 or over in the subscription year.
Seniors : Persons qualifying for State Pension during the subscription year.
Special Circumstances : At the discretion of the Committee.
Friend of HLTC : A non-playing membership which allows the member to attend social events, be a part of the club and access many discounts from the clubs sponsors including leading local restaurants.
The age of a Junior member shall be determined by their school year.
Parent of Junior members are only entitled to knock or play with their own children (who must be junior members in their own right)
